I am a Psychological Health and Safety Advisor certified through the Canadian Mental Health Association, and have worked extensively with healthcare workers, public servants, middle-managers, and front-line human service providers. My therapeutic approach has been influenced most strongly by positive psychology, mindfulness and compassion-based approaches, and integrated attachment theory.
